Przemek (pronounced 'Sheh-mek') is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant ("CPA") with a wealth of experience and expertise. Having articled at one of Canada's Big Four accounting firms, he has developed a keen understanding of intricate financial systems and regulations.

His professional journey extends beyond traditional accounting realms, as he has also delved into the dynamic arena of commercial lending. This multifaceted background equips him with a comprehensive perspective on financial matters, allowing him to navigate complexities with confidence and precision.

Brent Mitchler, CPA
Principal

Brent is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant and Tax Specialist with a wealth of experience helping businesses and their owners. Brent articled and obtained his CPA designation at one of Canada’s Big Four accounting firms where he worked for over 7 years. Starting as an auditor, Brent gained keen insights into accounting and financial reporting of both public and private businesses. Shortly after qualifying for his CPA designation, Brent decided to specialize in income tax matters and joined the Big Four firm’s tax group which focused on serving privately owned businesses and their owners. Brent left his role in the Big Four as a Senior Tax Manager to join Przemek, and form Cerazy Mitchler Corporation.

Brent has completed CPA Canada's In-Depth Tax Program, the most comprehensive, practical, and relevant tax training available in Canada, through a rigorous three-year program. He advises the firm’s clients on complex tax matters, including tax strategies, and reorganizations. Brent can assist with tax planning matters for you as a business owner, as well as address the operational tax issues your business may be facing.

Brent’s professional journey extends beyond accounting and tax, as he also has a keen interest and passion for technology. He worked as an Information Technology specialist for one of Canada’s leading electronics retailers. Here he was exposed to complex data systems and supported the business processes of a large public organization.

Brent’s approach is best described as strategic, but tempered by practicality, to deliver tangible results. He possesses a unique experience, of tax, accounting, and technology.
